SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping
• Shipped frozen in a foam cooler with dry ice via FedEx.
• Domestic orders only. We do not ship outside of the US.
• Shipping is calculated as you add products to your cart.
*We typically ship early in the week in order to avoid the possibility of the product getting stuck on a warm FedEx truck over the weekend.
*We currently only ship our frozen beef to the lower 48 states.
*Orders received after 10:00 AM EST, on Wednesday, will ship the following Monday to ensure it arrives in perfect conditions.
All orders are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse and actual shipping time is usually 2-5 days depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please contact us asap if you notice anything wrong with your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to be updated and be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t find it in your inbox. Because Skinny Beef is a whole food product, it is perishable. It is shipped frozen (with dry ice) and we cannot allow it to sit on a delivery truck over the weekend.

Due to the nature of our product, we do NOT accept returns. We do however; guarantee our products to be delivered frozen and to your satisfaction and to that end, if you receive our product in an unsatisfactory condition we will provide a complete refund.
Skinny Beef... Our Value Proposition?
Several things to note as you ponder whether Skinny Beef ground beef is worth buying online with shipping costs, price per pound, etc.
First, what are you paying for - meat or fat?
I'm assuming you WANT meat...and NOT fat. With Skinny Beef you are paying for more meat per pound and less fat to the tune of 8% to 23% more meat per pound. Second, with beef this lean, when you cook it, you don't lose much of the weight as there isn't fat that gets cooked off, or runs off the grill, therefore your 'shrink' is less. Eating healthier foods, regardless of whether it is better for you meat, or organic vegetables, or quality supplements; they all cost more due to the higher cost of foods that are not mass produced.
