My name is Eric Broser and I am a drug-free-for-life professional bodybuilder, physique transformation artist, magazine columnist, author, trainer, contest prep coach, and fitness model. Skinny beef has changed how most perceive red meat/beef. Most see it as a higher fat protein source that should be limited in their nutrition plan, but with Skinny Beef now you can get all the nutritional value of a grass fed meat without the added fat/calories.
